The Best Shampoo For Platinum Blonde Hair

I am brunette at the moment, but I used this shampoo all the time when I was blonde. It honestly kept my hair looking fresh and bright and removed ALL traces of brassiness from my hair. Even though the bottle says it’s for grey/white hair, it works to get your blonde the beautiful platinum colour you want.

How to apply it:

I would lather it up and leave it in for at least 5 minutes. You can leave it on for longer, but make sure you don’t leave it on for too long as you may end up with a purple tint to your hair! Unless that is the look you are going for of course!

It has a very rich colour and may stain your shower. If you live with someone they might wonder what happened next time they go to shower, hehe!

 How does it work?

  This is a violet-blue shampoo, which counteracts orange/yellow tones in blonde hair and it is truly an amazing shampoo! L’Oréal Silver Shampoo contains peroxide, which lightens the hair, but can be very drying so make sure you follow it up with a good conditioner as well as a weekly hair treatment.

 Okay, but is it worth the price?

 It sells for around $26 but lasts for months and is one of the best blonde shampoos out there, in my opinion.

I would recommend using this shampoo at least once a week or whenever you feel that your hair is looking a bit brassy. Everytime I used this shampoo I always got compliments as to how blonde my hair was looking so it definitely works!
